Unable to use Query

    The only shortcode that works with the plugin in my site is “key”. So essentially I am able to display a table from a googlesheet link. However, using “query” or “chart” always results to a failed display. The page displays

    “Sorry, unable to open the file at this time.

    Please check the address and try again.”

    I have enabled the “enable sql” in the Settings but still nothing happens. Kindly advise how to proceed. Thank you!

    No one can really help you without getting the link to the page where the issue is happening. This is something you’re asked for by the posting form when you post a support request, but you’ve omitted it.

    Enabling SQL is needed only to display data from a SQL database, not a CSV or a Google Sheet, so that’s not the path you should be investigating. And you probably want to keep SQL queries disabled for security purposes.
