  • @juniobra,

What I can see is that for some reason this plugin have issues in the javascript side like the following errors.

Uncaught ReferenceError: current_rating is not defined
(index):6 Uncaught ReferenceError: rate_post is not defined
(index):6 Uncaught ReferenceError: ratings_off is not defined
(index):6 Uncaught ReferenceError: current_rating is not defined
(index):6 Uncaught ReferenceError: rate_post is not defined
(index):6 Uncaught ReferenceError: ratings_off is not defined
extensions::schemaUtils:36 Uncaught Error: Parameter 2 (message) is required.

As for Subscribe to Comments Reloaded, is not fully functional. I tried to subscribe without commenting and the management page was not correctly loaded. Do you have the page setup as a Virtual Management Page or a Real Page ?

    Hi,

The page is setup as a Real Page, as you can see here https://db.tt/nDfkHQ8Q

Weird that when I activate the plugin called “Optinmonster” (http://optinmonster.com/), the votes start working again.

How can I fix that without activating the optinmonster plugin?

    Thanks

    Hi,

Please disconsider my comments about “Subscribe to Comments Reloaded” plugin. I mentioned it by mistake.

Actually I deactivated and activated WP-Postratings plugin, and the problem remains. It is still impossible to vote in the articles from my website.

    Thanks for your help.

You are using some sort of minification HTML/CSS/JS plugin which screws up the JS of this plugin. You have to disable that.

I am using exactly the same plugins and configurations that I am using in my other website http://bit.ly/1NiDiIg and there wp-postratings is working perfectly as you can see.

As far as I can see that is the cause of it. The minified HTML/JS doesn’t include the plugin’s JS and hence it causes problem with the rating

You probably have to figure that out yourself since it is a problem over on your end rather than the plugin.

    Hi Lester,

Can you give me a light on how to find the cause for this problem?

The minified is turned off in the plugin W3 Total Cache and Cloudflare.

    Thanks

But for some reasons, your page is still being cached? I am not sure, try flushing the cache?
