    Sorry that you are having this issue.

    First, let’s make sure there isn’t a theme conflict. If you temporarily switch themes (to TwentyFifteen), does the issue remain?

    If it does not, then we can confirm that there is an error in the theme you have installed.

    You should also test for plugin conflicts. Does the issue remain if you temporarily deactivate all plugins except for our plugin?

    If it does not, reactivate each plugin one-by-one until you find the culprit.
