    Hi woforo,

    This is funny, I posted and it’s not showing?

    Anyway, I made a post the [unapproval] shown up? Awaiting moderation.. Can you tell me how to auto approval? This way I don’t need to stay up 24/7 just to approve any new posts.

    Please advise help,

    It seems you’re messing approved status with unapproved, or you have a hard cache.

    1. If the button is “Unapproved” it means currently that post is approved. If you click on this button it’ll become unapproved. And vice versa. You should define current status of post by [Unapproved] prefix in topic title and “Awaiting for moderation” phrase on top of first post.

    2. it seems you have a cache plugin which doesn’t allow to change data in forum. please make sure the main forum page URL is excluded from your cache plugin. wpForo has built-in cache system and it works correctly and better.

    Hi woforo,

    The only area I see is FORUMS > SETTINGS > TOOLS > Posts must be manually approved [NO]. Unless there’s other area Not sure is marked or not?? Can you show me where can I find the Unapproved button?

    Also I am using wp-rocket, if you familiar with that plugin? Nothing note about any post, forum, etc? Would you happens to know which one I can look into? Far as I know, is caching per hosting tech guy saying.

    Please exclude wpForo page from WP Rock plugin
    https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/54-exclude-pages-from-the-cache

    Also please delete all caches:
    1. Navigate to Dashboard > Forums > Dashboard admin page, click on [Delete all caches]
    2. If you use some cache plugins, delete this plugins caches as well.

    Then, please leave some screenshot of the Forums > Tools > Antispam Tab (make sure the reCAPTCHA keys are not included in screenshot)

    Make sure the main page of you forum is excluded from WP Rock. wpFoor has built-in forum cache system, you should not enable other cache plugins for forum page. There is no cache plugin which may do better cache for wpForo than the builtin cache.

    Thanks for the link btw. I did all those steps and from the link you shown me how to set wp-rocket, and also Delete all caches from Forums > Dashboard.

    Scratching my head for this 2 steps??? I don’t understand and lost? I looked everywhere from the Forums > Tools > Antispam (tab), I don’t see any button for me to upload a screenshot?

    Also, for the reCAPTCHA keys not included in screenshot? Do you mean to leave it EMPTY/BLANK? I do have the CAPTCHA KEY by google.

    Please advise help,
