    Unauthorised automatic charge

    • Hi, the exact same thing happened to me. I was charged almost $230 without my consent, despite using a limited/free plan. I never authorized any upgrade or payment, and there was no warning, invoice, or notification before the charge. This feels like a hidden or forced auto-renewal with no clear cancellation method.
    • I respectfully request a full refund and the cancellation of any subscription or auto-renewal attached to my account. Please confirm this has been done as soon as possible.
