Unauthorised login

    All of a sudden several of our users got redirected to the Unauthorised login even when there’s only 1 device in use. Would this be related to the fact that we use email address as our username?

    Also, we used cloudflare to accelerate our site. Would it be related too? We had since disabled it but we see no difference.

    I don’t think using email addresses as usernames would affect this.

    I’m not familiar enough with Cloudflare to guess exactly how it might be interfering, but I would try to test with and without Cloudflare and look in that direction.
