Hello everyone and thanks to anyone who is willing and able to help me. In practice I use this plugin to protect a page that is accessible only after registration and payment.

An email address has been accessing for a few days without having registered, without having paid and without appearing among the members of my site.

I cannot block access to this email address.

What could have happened and what can I do to block these accesses? As well as being harmful to me, it is also a lack of respect towards the other members who have regularly paid to use the service. Thank you

    Hi @dusa,

I’ve checked on my WordPress Instance and the PMS Content Restriction functionality works correctly (I’m not able to view the contents of that page unless I have an active PMS subscription plan). To investigate your case:

    1. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins -> and let us know what version of the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin you have?

    2. Could you please go to your site’s Dashboard -> Pages -> click on the page where you encounter this issue -> now scroll down to the bottom of the page until you see the PMS Content Restriction meta-box and send a full screenshot from there?

    3. How do you know that user with that email address has been able to view the contents of that page?

Note: You can use a site like https://snipboard.io/ to share the screenshots.

    Best regards,
