    Hello,

    I was charged nearly $230 for an automatic upgrade that I never authorized. I have only used the limited/free version of your service, and at no point did I accept any paid plan or recurring billing.

    There was no prior notice, no confirmation email, no visible option to opt out, and I consider this charge to be unauthorized and unacceptable. This feels like a predatory billing practice, and it needs to be addressed immediately.

    I demand a full refund and the immediate cancellation of any subscription or auto-renewal tied to my account. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the issue through my bank and report this to consumer protection agencies.

    I expect a response and resolution without delay.

    Hi Erica,

    I appreciate your response, but the link you’ve shared (https://app.optinmonster.com/account/support/) just redirects me back to the WordPress forums. It does not lead to any actual support contact form or let me open a real ticket.

    I’ve been trying to resolve this serious billing issue, but I’m going in circles. At this point, I need a direct contact method that actually connects me with someone from your billing team — not automated links or documentation.

    Please send me a working link to a support form or provide an email address where I can properly submit my refund request.
    Otherwise, I’ll be forced to escalate this with my bank as a fraudulent charge.

    Looking forward to your immediate and serious attention to this.
