Some of our customers are receiving the error:
Unauthorized request. Bad or missing credentials.

Would you know what might cause this?

I would think that the Gateway ID and password are not correct.

I have updated the Gateway ID and Password, a number of times, no luck yet. It’s showing Error Code 401 with Message “Unauthorized Request. Bad or missing credentials.”

I am testing it under demo mode.

Any idea, what may be the issue here.

Has anyone figured out what this issue might be?

I thought maybe the Firstdata.php had the wrong API URL
and that it should be this
ttps://api.globalgatewaye4.firstdata.com/transaction/v14

However that doesn’t work either.

I continue to get the Unauthorized error that has been reported too even with the correct secret and password for first data.

Any help is appreciated.
