Unauthroized Client_ID

I have the community plugin, and in my version the implicit type is NOT a pro version feature. It allows me to check it. However when trying to request a token I always get back “The grant type is unauthroized for this client id”.

I have followed several different support topics but can’t seem to find an good answer.

Authroization code is checked as well. Both on the client page and in the settings. Please let me know if there is something else I can do to make thos work.
