Unblock or whitelist request..

Assalamu alaikum (Peace be upon you),

Thank you so much for this awesome security solution..

How can i unblock or whitelist requests/ip ? Recently bps blocked wp rockets critical css generator & update checker.. For this, i am not getting update notification and not able to generate critical css.. I checked the security log.. But, couldn’t understand anything..

BPS free and BPS Pro would most likely not block either of these things in WP Rocket. If you have BPS free then do these troubleshooting steps > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-free/#bps-free-general-troubleshooting and test WP Rocket. If you have BPS Pro then do these troubleshooting steps > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-pro/#bps-pro-general-troubleshooting and test WP Rocket.

If you have any other WordPress Security Plugins installed then either use that plugin’s troubleshooting steps (if available) or do the old fashioned plugin deactivation troubleshooting testing thing. ie deactivate the plugin and test things.

Whitelisting IP addresses may not be what’s needed. Copy your entire BPS Security Log file contents and send it to: info at ait-pro dot com. So I can check it to see what is being blocked.

I checked your BPS Security Log file and do not see any Security Log entries for WP Rocket. So it does not appear that BPS is blocking anything in WP Rocket. To confirm that BPS is not causing the problem > If you have BPS free then do these troubleshooting steps > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-free/#bps-free-general-troubleshooting and test WP Rocket. If you have BPS Pro then do these troubleshooting steps > https://forum.ait-pro.com/forums/topic/read-me-first-pro/#bps-pro-general-troubleshooting and test WP Rocket.
