    Plugin will not udpate. We keep receiving this notification: “Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized”.

    I’m afraid we can only help with the free Toolkit in this forum. We’re certainly happy to look into licensing questions for you, but those must come through our website so that we can verify who you are and where the license is mapped. The usual reasons for this message are a change in domain (compared to what was originally used for the license) or an expired license.
