Sorry for the inconvenience happened to you. can you please provide more information on failure of process, we haven’t faced issue like this before(redirect to 404), can you provide more information on this?
Also, this plugin is working fine for more than 30k users without any issue. So, we would be happy to look into issue and find the root cause of it.

I have had such a bad experience with it that I don’t wanna look at it anymore. I’m on a solid dedicated server and it took me 2 days to restore the databases that were compromised the second I used this plugin. I’m sorry, I’m not going to raise my rating, I dont’ write bad ratings for the sake of harming anyone.. it’s my experience and I’ve right to call it bad.
