Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_default_args

We’re getting an error message when we try either to view the home page on the front-end, or edit it in Elementor. We’ve already tested disabling all other plugins and switching to a default theme (Twenty Twenty Two), but the error still comes up. This is the error message:

The page in question was demo content imported from the Sterling theme. I would have figured the issue was on their end, but the error still occurs even when not using their theme. Here’s a Pastebin for the system info:
