Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function Smackcoders\FCSV\is_plugin_active() | ww.wp.xz.cn

The plugin updated to 6.1.1 and it caused the site to crash. I checked the error_log file and found this error.

I searched Google for that error and it appears quite a few sites are experiencing it.
