Hi @bitcoincasino666,

The jQuery should be included by default with WordPress. Check if you are using any plugin that removes the official jQuery version. this can cause several issues in all plugins.

Do you think this is the cause of the problem?

yes, that’s definitely not recommended. The plugins should always adapt to the official version of jQuery included in the WordPress core.
