Uncaught ReferenceError: MasterSlider is not defined

Hello !

I got an error when I try to use MasterSlider.

The html structure is here, but nothing appear.
I don’t know what to do, I inluded jquery in my header.php but still doesn’t work.
I run WordPress in local, so my website is still not uploaded.
