    Hey Jason!

Thanks a lot for reporting this. We’ve figured out the issue on our side already.

It’s actually fixed now in our dev environment. We’ll finish testing and push an update soon. In the meantime, there’s a quick workaround: just leave the Merchant ID field empty in the plugin settings, that should stop the error from showing and everything should work fine.

Really sorry again for the delay, and thanks so much for your patience. Let us know if anything else pops up!

    Best,
    Accept Pay Team

We’ve already moved on to another plugin/solution. Couldn’t wait and still wouldn’t be confident using this plugin in a production environment.

    Thanks anyway.

@viablethought Totally understand – thanks a lot for the honest feedback.

Just wanted to share that we’ve recently added a fix for this issue, and soon it will be on production. It’s now included in our regression testing list, so going forward this feature should work more reliably.

Out of curiosity – may I ask which plugin or solution you switched to? Would be great to know what worked better for you.

Thanks again, and hope everything runs smoothly with the new setup!

    All the best,
    Accept Pay team!

    Hello –

We purchased the one on CodeCanyon. So far the developer has been very responsive and the plugin has been working great.
