Thanks for sharing that list. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to see at a glance what could be causing a conflict, and haven’t been able to recreate the issue on my test site.
It seems that you are using the paid version of MonsterInsights. If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the MonsterInsights account dashboard when you have a chance?
From there, our support team will be able to take a closer look at your request.

This is caused by wpBakery Page Builder versions >= v7.4.
The release of wpPB today (v7.7.1) breaks itself and doesn’t allow updating anything, and this [sprintf] unexpected placeholder error started sometime around v7.4
