Uncaught TypeError

    When playing around with the widgets on this page: https://tfetimes.com/best-universities-in-india/, we occasionally get the following error:
    “Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of null”. The stack trace shows the error is coming from RW.RatingInstance.b.getReport. This error causes the individua widget to become unresponsive. Please advise – this is an urgent issue for us

    Had some initial contact with support about this issue. Last heard from them on April 24th simply saying they are looking into it. Have sent 4 emails since then asking for any kind of update and have received zero reply. There is no external way to check the ticket status. This is a MAJOR issue for us, and I am sure other people are having it. Would really appreciate any kind of status update.
