Uncaught TypeError

    When I activate the plugin and add a form on my website, I get this error showing on all pages:

    Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'innerText' of null at (index):1501

    When I disable the plugin, the error stop showing!

    Additionally many warning are also showing when the plugin is active!
