    Hi,

When access “Manage Member” or “Manage Plan”, it loads forever and nothing loads, and found below problem:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘style’)
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘fnInit’)
Uncaught (in promise) Error: A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received

    How to solve this?

    Thanks

Hi @reputeinfosystems , yes this is conflict with salesking plugin, when deactivate salesking, the manage plan/ manage member can be loaded, but when activate salesking, manage plan/ manage member can’t be loaded and just keep loading.

    The error is as below:

    Hello,

Glad to know that you found an issue.

I have checked the error message and found that the plugin you are referring that may loading the datatables JS file to all the admin panel pages therefore Datatables conflict happens. So, Issue is not seems from ARMember plugin.

    Thanks

    Hi @reputeinfosystems

But it seems the problem is on ARMember, due to no issues on other plugin, all load fine only ARMember that couldn’t load. The other plugin developer pointed us to refer ARMember as they said issue not on them. If ARMember couldn’t fix this issue, then we have to source for other alternative membership plugin that do not have such issue already.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I understood your concern but if the other plugin you are referring that loading the JS file in to ARMember Lite plugin pages then, unfortunately it will not possible to directly solve from the ARMember plugin. As issue is not causing from the ARMember Lite plugin.

Please let me know if there is anything else.

    Thanks
