Uncaught TypeError: document.querySelector(…) is null

    Hey guys,
    We are having problems with the plugin.

    when trying to load the page with a form we get this error:
    Console: Uncaught TypeError: document.querySelector(...) is null

    Digging deeper the error comes from line 3 of this file:
    \pdf-forms-for-contact-form-7\js\frontend.js

    Any help would be appreciated.
