Hi @raptor_00,
Thank you for the details!
I recommend installing this plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/health-check/
After you install and activate the above plugin it has a Troubleshooting mode that allows you to have a vanilla WordPress session, where all plugins are disabled, and a default theme is used, but only for your user – your visitors will still see the normal website.
Go to its troubleshooting mode and only activate Final Tiles Gallery and see if it works correctly with a default WordPress theme (Twenty Twenty-One for example) and no other plugins.
Please let me know how it goes and what you find!
All the best,
CristinaAnd then what?
Are you telling me that your plugin only works if I deactivate everything? I don’t think so, I just need to know what’s going on? Can you give me an explanation?
I’ve already tested deactivating other plugins and I’ve changed the theme. I need a solution because I have several galleries created and they don’t show up.
Hi,
Just to clarify, Final Tiles Grid doesn’t require all plugins to be inactive to function properly. To help rule out any potential compatibility issues, we suggested using the troubleshooting plugin. Both my colleague and I have tested this on our end, and everything seems to be working perfectly without any errors.
If it’s not too much trouble, could you kindly share a list of the plugins you’re currently using, as well as the active theme on your site? This will help us run additional tests and pinpoint any potential causes.
We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work together to resolve this!Warm regards,

Hello @raptor_00,
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we investigated the issue. Upon further review, we noticed that this file on your site is empty.
To resolve this, we have two solutions:
- The first solution is to reinstall the plugin. To do this, log in to your WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins, find Final Tiles Gallery, and click Delete. Be careful not to click “Uninstall” because this will erase your work. After that, search for Final Tiles Gallery in the Plugins section, install it again, and activate it.
- The second solution is to add the missing file manually. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard, go to Plugins, then Plugin File Editor. Choose Final Tiles Grid Gallery Lite from the dropdown. Open the file at this path: scripts/jquery.finalTilesGallery.js. Copy the content from this link and paste it into the file. Then save your changes.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Best regards,
Cristina
Hello, thanks for the solution but I can’t copy the content of the js file correctly, please could you give me a js file that can be copied, when I try to copy it also copies the line numbers, it’s not functional
Hello @raptor_00,
Could you try using the code from Git? Please let me know if you encounter any issues.
Thank you!
Galleries are already displayed on pages and posts, but the images for editing the gallery are not yet displayed in the administration.
Hello,
My colleague and I have tested the reported issue, but we were unable to replicate it on our end. I recommend trying to save the gallery, and if you’re using a cache plugin, please clear the cache both on the website and the browser. These steps might help resolve the issue.
Please let us know how it goes!
Best regards,
Cristina
