Uncaught TypeError: $(…).qlIconPicker is not a function

Hi,

I’m having a minor issue with the plugin. On the Menus pages (Appearance -> Menus), all of the available icons are outputted at the bottom of the page and I’m seeing this error in the console:

The error only seems to show on this page. Can you shed any light on this?
