Hi mimzy2012,
after you activated, just try to vote in another browser where you are not logged in. Then you will see this do not work. A user has to have a wordpress profile and be logged in to be able to vote.
Via Contest Gallery you can create a registration form and insert a login form.

Ok thank you that works. Now I got 2 other problems. I responded on the email but I ask here so others can maybe help.
On the smartphone I do not see the pictures of the contest page and when members vote I only see in the csv 1 vote per picture when I know members has vote more then ones on a picture.

after the last update it works on the smartphone.
Now I noticed that if you mark
Show only users votes:
(A user see only his votes not the whole rating)
and you use one star rating the voting will not get further than 1 vote in the csv report.
I marked it after someone said to me I could not see where I voted. Before this I had some pictures 5 votes
after I marked that option everything went back to 1.

I got this and its imprved now in new version 5.20.2.
Please update and user votes will not overwrite total rating anymore.
