uncompatibility

Hi,
I have a compatibility issue with WP FASTEST CACHE on that page:

The form on this page is issued from optimizemember plugin

On chrome it displays without password field (the way it should be)

On Firefox or Chrome, there is the password field appearing

When I deactivate WP FASTEST CACHE, the form display normally without the password field. I tried to clear the cache of the page but it doesn’t help.

Can you help me so that the form display without the password field on every browser while WP fastest cache is enable?
