Undefined array key 1

    I’m getting the following in my error logs:

    PHP Warning: Undefined array key 1 in /homepages/9/d499301548/htdocs/clickandbuilds/WordPress/MyBlog/wp-content/plugins/google-sitemap-generator/class-googlesitemapgeneratorloader.php on line 827

    Adding some diagnostics I see that it is trying to get the extension of:

    %61%75%74%68%6F%72%2D%73%69%74%65%6D%61%70%2E%78%6D%6C

    which is URL-speak for author-sitemap.xml

    App still seems to be working OK. FWIW we’ve opted to not include author pages in our site map.
