    Hi

Using version 2.2.0 of your plugin with WordPress 5.2.4.

I have 2 posts in one of my categories which are showing as ‘undefined” in the reorder backend page. These posts are not draggable or moveable and we don’t know what they are! (we have 92 posts in this category so very hard to spot which ones these are). These undefined items do not show up on the front end.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Website currently under development, so unable to share link. Can share privately if required.

sorry for the delayed response, I have been travelling and didn’t get time to address this mail.

I have 2 posts in one of my categories which are showing as ‘undefined” in the reorder backend page.

bummer! during the early versions of 2.0 there were some bugs which corrupted the order extracted from the previous v1.8.x

This is likely what happened and these 2 posts are most likely ghost posts which are not real.

Can you please re-set your order rank in the dashboard using the reset button (see screenshot #3). THis should get rid of these posts.

    Hi Aurovrata

Thank you so much for your reply. We reset the order rank and this seemed to clear the error.

However, now in the backend post reorder page, it’s only showing the first 20 posts of each category. Frontend shows all the posts.

Using version 2.4.0 of your plugin, and WordPress 5.3

    Thanks

    that’s a bug alright. I just released a fix in v2.4.1

do leave a review when you have a moment to spare.
