    Hi wprsuzuki,

It is likely that your server is running out of memory when trying to generate the menu CSS.

Please can you check your server error logs for any hints as to what the problem might be. Also, try increasing your server memory limit: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/

    hi,Tom
    thanks for reply.

i tried “Edit your wp-config.php file” making memory limit larger, but max mega menu still doesn’t work, same alert, then any changes not valid.

about “Edit your PHP.ini file”,”Edit your .htaccess file”,these 2 ways i cannnot try, cause my server doesn’t give me any permission for changing these.

do you have any more idea?

or i’m ok i tell you my url,id,pass for our site,if you can check directly.

    thanks

    Hi wprsuzuki,

You’ll need to do some further investigation.

Please first ask your host to check your error logs, to see if you have any “Memory limit exceeded” errors. Then, ask them to increase the memory_limit on your server. For some hosts, the only way to increase the limit is to contact them directly.

    Regards,
    Tom
