Undefined function secupress_add_notice

Hello,

I have an issue with free version of SecuPress. I didn’t update it. The website just crashed without any changes.

SecuPress: v2.3.16.2
WordPress: v6.8.1

Website crashed but I didn’t see the update. After the update, it is ok.
