Undefined index: path

    Hi there,

    This plugin is awesome but it has some minor issue if you’re using WP in debug mode. This is really easy to fix:
    Notice: Undefined index: path in {{PATH_TO_WP}}\wp-content\plugins\custom-permalinks\custom-permalinks.php on line 267

    Edit: I find another one, this is also easy to fix:
    Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in {{PATH_TO_WP}}\wp-content\plugins\custom-permalinks\custom-permalinks.php on line 290
