    Good evening,

I followed the guide below to set up Enhanced Conversions for Google Ads on Google Tag Manager.

However, the variables I create don’t contain any values (undefined). I have ensured that the Data Layer Variable Names match the labels in the data layer, i.e. ‘billing_email’, ‘billing_city’, ‘billing_first_name’, etc.

    What could be going wrong?

    Hi Torben,

I have shared the system data with you.

    Your settings are OK

Be aware that the user data is only avilable on the purchase event on the /checkout/order-received page

The data layer node for e-mail is ecommerce.customer.billing_email and not just billing_email

    Hi Torben,

    It all works perfectly now.

    Adding ‘ecommerce.customer.’ did the job.

    Thank you
