Undefined variable $notown

    I get the following error in my php error file

    [09-May-2025 19:14:58 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined variable $notown in /home/customer/www/infinitired.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/mortgage-calculator/mortgage-calculator.php on line 58

    Any idea what that’s about or how to fix it?
    For the record, this appears when the site is visited, not just on the page where the calculator is used.
