under-construction.php on a child theme

Hi!

The option to use under-construction.php file is only available if the theme comes with a under-construction.php template.

But it is not possible to use your own under-construction template from a child theme. The plugin is not able to get the template.

I made a couple of changes in order to be able to select my own template from a child theme, and works fine.

Please would you consider to include this change.
