Underscore and Bootstrap issues on Windows Phone

    Hi,

    I have download underscore theme and i have decided to use bootstrap framework for styling my site. I installed wp localy to my laptop and made all the necessary changes to underscore theme. I test it on my web browser, I resize my window and everything looks as it has to be.

    The problem comes when I try to view my site from my windows phone. It is not appearing styled at all! I thought (as it is my first time with _s and bootstrap) I may be missing something in my code. So I downloaded the DevDmBootstrap3 theme and I tested on my web browser which appears fine but when I tested again with my windows phone I faced the same problem. The site is not css styled at all!

    If someone could give me a push i would be really grateful. I am trying to find the solution over web at about 2 days now but no luck.

    In further testings, i activated the twenty fifteen theme. I load my site on windows phone and i face the exact same issues. No style on my windows phone for any theme on localhost. I don’t have any idea what causes this behavior.
