    Can you help me understand a few things about recurring payments. I can’t find this info anywhere in the documentation. I also can’t test it, because I use stripe and they don’t allow daily subscriptions so I can’t test this out.

    1. When you setup a recurring payment (I use stripe), I see that it shows the recurring payment on the client dashboard. Will a receipt for each monthly payment (my customers will have monthly recurring) be generated? Will it be displayed on the dashboard? Will my customer be able to go to their client dashboard page and see a receipt for each mostly recurring payment? When you issue an invoice, and pay it, their is a receipt shown. I want to know whether or not the payments will be listed in the dashboard.

    2. When a payment is made with a regular invoice, my customer receives an email informing him a payment was made. I am using wp-crm for custom emails. Will the customer receive these email notifications when a recurring payment happens?

  • Hello,

    If you check off an option for recurring billing in the Main Tab of the Invpoice Settings you should be able to toggle the option in the new Invoice when you toggle options in the right sidebar when creating an invoice.
