Understanding what the plugin does

Hello, so i was looking for a plugin that 6+-append a query string or add a utm parameter or add any parameter to the url once+ someone lands on my website. As you know not all referral links have query string / utm source or that “mywebsite.com?something” . Naturally google ads do have that but anything organic in general does not. Does you plugin automatically ads that once the visitor lands on our site? Say they found us on google, linkedin, facebook, google places, or even on another website that has our link as a provider of service. They click on it and they end up on our website . is there a way to make sure that when they end up on our website , the final url on our homepage shows that automatic query string or utm parameters of where they came from?

Why do i ask this question: well i want the query string ( i am assuming query string is the whatever after the “?” in a url) to pass on to our website so i can capture it if and when the visitor submits a lead form?
