    We are trying to switch to the Unzer Payments Plugin for a customer (tjey are currently using the “heidelpay WooCommerce” Plugin and were informed we have to switch to this one).

    However we configured the plugin with the latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce and when we try the checkout in the test system we receive the following error in the JavaScript console:

    Also the Unzer support provided us with two different key pairs for the plugin (one for credit card payments and one for “SOFORT” payment). But it does not seem possible to configure two different key pairs.

    We tried to contact the Unzer support several times in the last month but sadly our requests are all ignored. Se we are asking here for your help.

    We need more information from you to help, but if you already has been in contact with our support, then I can get it from them. Also any reply or solution will come from our support.

    I will ask them for information now and hopefully we can solve this quickly.
