Unexpected error occurred

    I am receiving an unexpected error message after completing and submitting my forms. This is happening on the above form as well as the following:

    the-abta.com/online-admissions-application
    the-abta.com/admissions-application
    the-abta.com/admissions-essay

    So basically this is happening to all of my forms.

    Any assistance you would be willing to give would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Could you please indicate the Form Maker plugin version on your website? Please test our plugin without other plugins, for example, with the Health check plugin in order to check debug logs errors. Also, the link which you have provided does not contain forms.
