Unexpected HTTP response code: 404

    I have the scheduled event failed error in site health. also the restapi and loopback request.

    I installed WP Crontrol so I hopefully could see how to fix the scheduled event failed error.

    It gives:
    Unexpected HTTP response code: 404
    This means the wp-cron.php file in the root of your website has been deleted. Try reinstalling WordPress from the Dashboard -> Updates screen.

    I reinstalled WordPress, but problem still exists.
    Maybe it’s important to note that I moved from server. I don’t know if these problems were at the old server, but for sure they are on this server. cronjobs are enabled at the server, but looks like wordpress doesn’t use them(that looks like the problem to me).
