Unexpected issue during database update

I’m having an issue with database not updating properly. I’ve disabled our caching and can’t figure out why it’s not working. I’ve checked the donor list and everything seems to be correct as well. I’ve also tried it on a staging site with all other plugins disabled and get the same issue. System report and error logs included below. Thanks for the help.

I was able to fix this issue by completely deleting the plugin, including its data, and then disabling all plugins before re-installling.
