    Hello,

    On May 18th we had an error message for php file
    The plugin has heen automatically deactivated

    Since we had re installed the plugin but we don’t have any data tracked on Analytics and AdWords

    We don’t know why
    Because from google chrome tag control the tag seems to be OK

    Have you an idea of our issue please ?

    Sorry,
    From google chrome tag control the Analytics seems not OK
    Thats probably why there’s no data in analytics

    But everything seems to be setted
    I don’t understand why the Analytics is not ok

    Hi @hkan91

    I detected that you are using some kind of HTML and JavaScript “optimizer” function. By the looks it’s probably this one: https://gist.github.com/sethbergman/d07e879200bef6862131

    It breaks the output of our scripts.

    You will need to disable it and replace it with a better one that doesn’t break our scripts.

    I noticed that you remove that JavaScript optimizer.

    Has the tracking started to work?
