Unicode permalinks not supported?

    I have an arabic website whose permalinks contain arabic characters.

    When trying to create filters in PO, the permalinks are saved having ‘????’ instead of the arabic characters, so the filter does not work.

    Using the hex version of the permalink doesn’t work either.

    I finally made it work.

    I had to use the hex version of the permalink, and add a trailing / at the end.
