@aleksandreeu I am unable to access the site, after I pass the reCAPTCHA flow i get redirected to the same page and I have to do reCAPTCHA again !

I checked the Clarity project associated with your website and WordPress integration is completely removed however, the project is integrated with UET that’s why the clarity code is still being used. If you want to completely remove it, you would have to disable the integration. Here is how you can do it https://help.ads.microsoft.com/apex/index/3/en/60110

You won’t need to login to Clarity as disabling UET integration is done from ads side not Clarity
I dont see where is the 3rd step — Select Continue tag setup.

You can click on ‘Back to All tags’ button on the top left side, then, in the table which contains all the tags, you can hover over your tag name and you should see a pen icon, when you click on it, it will take you to the edit setup view where you can clear the checkbox for ‘Enable Microsoft Clarity’
