    Hi
    Although I have uninstalled the plugin I would like to delete all the files that were generated by the plugin
    Where do I find them within wordpress and how do I delete them?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting us! After uninstalling and deleting the plugin the only other place Jetpack CRM adds files to your site is in the following folder.

    wp-content/uploads/zbscrm-store

    Thanks, that folder is empty but I have noticed that I have many wp_zbs_xxxx tables on my sql db, for example wp_zbs_mail_stats that has 26223 lines. I would like to know if I can delete them without a problem.
    So my question is can I delete all tables that start with wp_zbs_ without running into an issue?

    That’s correct. wp_zbs_ is the prefix we use for our tables. If you are not going to use JP CRM anymore, it’s safe to remove them.

    Whenever you are making big changes like this, we recommend making a database backup before performing the action.
