Uninstall plugin completely

Hello,

When I deactivated/uninstall a plugin, the options or the tables that the plugin created are not removed. As I install and uninstall a lot of plugin, there will be more and more orphaned options and tables that are taking up precious space in my database.

I want to use a plugin to hunt down the orphaned options and delete them from the database.

Any insights?
