Hi Suzanneski 🙂
It sounds like the theme may be bundling the plugin if you don’t see it as an available option to deactivate the plugin.
You can reach out to the theme author to confirm if this is indeed the case. Please let me know if I can help with anything else! 🙂
Thanks and have a great day!
Hi akyusa01,
I am having the same problem.
It’s not shown in the list of plugins, and it’s not bundled with the theme (Divi)
Any suggestions on deactivation and removal ?
Thanks, F.
Quick Update – I played around with some of the other plugins, and now I can see it. However, the next problem is that it won’t “Deactivate”. The screen just refreshes/jumps to the top when I try this.
Thanks, F.
OK – further update. I managed to deactivate it my doing a bulk deactivate of 2 plugins. I then reactivated the other one, and was finally able to delete Sololiquy.
(I posted the solution, in case anyone else searches for this issue)
Thanks for sharing the solution @frankcphoto! 🙂
