Il plugin wordfence/wordfence.php è stato disattivato a causa di un errore: Il file del plugin non esiste.

This warning just today (after some day without login in admin area.
All seems to work as expected, but wordfence, simply, is disappear!

Ill try to reinstall again, and all seems to work as expected.

Now im in scanning to search if exist any issue.

    Someone with same problem?
    Maybe a bad autoupdate?

  • Hi,
Did you check if this was done by any other admin user on the website? also you can contact your hosting provider to check if they have any information regarding that, perhaps a sudden change in the permissions or owner of the plugin files on the server, I know this sounds rare, but it could be something similar.

    Thanks.

Im the only admin and no notification by strange logging activity with my account.

Also, i’ve contact my host, and machine is with more than 130day uptime, and no any other info to report (only this directory is disappeared, and no issue to report).

Then, we (i and host) think can be simply an issue with a bad upgrade (maybe a timeout), but we cannot be sure.

    Regards,
    S.N.
