uninstalling this plugin

There is no mechanism to disable this plugin and revert the site back to it’s original state. this means that the wp-login.php remains locked out for logins and therefore it brings the site down. Please produce a guide to removing the plugin for people using it, since it looks like you no longer support this (not updated in two years)
